IT NOVEMBER 18TH now, so it’s officially OK to start talking about Christmas.
And Galway has gone one better than that tonight – they’ve opened their Christmas Market in the city centre.
And the lights are glowing spectacularly on Quay Street
It runs from the 18th November until the 22nd December.

The Ferris Wheel in the market was up and glowing tonight
And the view from on top looks magical
