WE LOVE ICE cream. We love donuts. Why don’t we combine the two more often? It just seems obvious.
HB Swirl in Cork’s Mahon Point Shopping Centre is doing just that with its latest creation, the ‘Doughburger’.
It’s basically soft ice cream sandwiched in between two halves of a donut, which… yep, can’t even pretend that’s not right up our street.
They come in two flavours – chocolate and cherry – and they’re a beautiful thing to behold:
The Doughburgers are a limited edition thing (nothing gold can stay), and available from tomorrow to Monday only.
