This Irish Times letter gets digs in at both Irish Water and the rain

Two birds, one stone.

BY AND LARGE, letters to the editor that try to be “funny” tend to be the literal opposite to that.

However, his brief letter featured in today’s Irish Times seems to have hit the nail on the head regarding Ireland’s two chief enemies right now: Irish Water and the rain.
