THE GATHERING IS getting lots and lots of attention as Irish people make their way home to see family and celebrate Ireland.
That means that a lot of events are taking place across the country.
In Mullingar they are honouring the local hero, the late Joe Dolan by holding the Joe Dolan International Westmeath Bachelor Festival.

It sounds like great craic but this ad for it is a bit weird.
There are girls dressed as superheros for no reason, strongmen, a guy who can’t read his script and Niall Horan’s dad getting the name of the festival wrong.
