THE GOOD FOLKS over at CNN picked veteran anchor/foreign correspondent Anderson Cooper and comedian Kathy Griffin to host their New Year’s Eve coverage from Times Square.

But it all got a bit strange when she started repeatedly trying to perform a, um, sex act on him. She eventually managed to kiss his crotch. And they had possibly the most awkward dialogue ever broadcast on TV.

Um… Happy new year, everybody!
