In a blog post entitled “Dear Children,” the controversial TV personality and columnist shares eight tips for living with her three children.

Most of all I want you to find the fun like we do; to dance in your kitchen, to wear pants on your head because leg holes make great eye holes and eat chips in the rain.
She also makes reference to her own “royal cock-ups well documented on Google,” but writes that she has no regrets.

The publication of the letter comes just days after Hopkins landed herself in hot water for describing Ed Miliband as being “on the spectrum”.
In April, over 200,000 people signed a petition to get her fired after she compared migrants to “cockroaches” in a newspaper column.
