MAKING A FOOL of yourself in public is a fine art.
If you’re going to be silly during the daylight hours then you need to be doing something really outrageous to get attention.
This video, filmed in Hertfordshire in the UK, shows a man walking around the town centre with a traffic bollard covering himself.
The local police appear and there’s an extended sequence where he is removed from the bollard in truly hilarious fashion.
