A shop in Kilkenny decided not to open the day after the Bank Holiday, because of The Fear

We know the feeling.

EVERYBODY KNOWS that Bank Holiday Fear is some of the worst around. So if you can avoid it, why not do so?

Anyone hoping to browse Rollercoaster Records in Kilkenny on Tuesday was met with this sign on the firmly closed front door:

Due to a severe outbreak of Notgivingaf*ck-itis, Rollercoaster Records shall remain closed on Tuesday 2nd May. We shall reopen when an antidote is discovered. That could be Wednesday but you can never be sure.

Sold reasoning, to be fair.

Would that we could have done this too, Rollercoaster. Would that we could.

Thanks to Dave Holland for the pic!
