HOW ARE YOU going to spend your leap second? Consider it carefully.

Due to a slowing of the earth’s rotation, time will stop at 23:59:59 tonight, giving us one whole extra second to play with.

While some people just plan on catching up on a second of sleep, others are slightly more ambitious.

Some people want to use the second to protest
