LENT MAY NOT have started yet (it’s next week, FYI) but we’ve already decided what Easter egg we want.
Oh boy.
The Paddocks pub in Clonee consistently knocks it out of the park with their drinks creations (they’ve had a range of cocktails based on Irish ice creams, for example) but they’re also innovating in the dessert field.
This year, they’re celebrating Easter with this monstrous ‘unicorn’ egg (named for its rainbow appearance), stuffed with ice cream, marshmallows, and sweeties of all kinds.
There’s also a bowl of chocolate sauce on the side, because you weren’t getting enough in the egg itself, were you?
