Dancing With The Stars (RTÉ One, 6.30pm)

There are nine celebrities left in the competition, with Des Cahill set to steal the show as usual – tonight, he’ll be doing the tango with his partner Karen Byrne. Elsewhere, Denise McCormack does the samba, and Teresa Mannion takes on the salsa. #DWTSIrl

The Jump (Channel 4, 7.30pm)

Can you believe, despite everything, that this celebrity ski jumping competition is still on the air? Our own Vogue Williams is the latest to pull out of the competition after a knee injury – but the rest of them are still ready to go. God help them all. #thejump
