Live International Rugby Union: Ireland vs New Zealand (RTÉ 2, kick-off 5.30pm)

The rematch. When are sequels ever as good as the first film? Irish fans will be hoping this one lives up to the billing laid down by the team’s win against New Zealand two weeks ago in Chicago. Everyone will be on the edge of their seats for this one.

The Irish Book Awards 2016 (RTÉ One, 11.15pm)

Coverage of the 11th annual Irish Book Awards, which took place at a gala ceremony on Wednesday, November 16th, attended by authors, publishers and a selection of special guests. Some high quality Irish books took home the gongs.

The Rubberbandits Guide to the Internet (RTÉ 2, 9.45pm)

Another chance to see Blindboy Boatclub and Mr Chrome give their unique take on the internet. Fresh from nailing it on the Late Late last night, the second episode of their new series delves into the deepest darkest corners of the internet, all in the Bandits’ familiar style.
