The Eurovision 'Cake To Bake' song sent Twitter into a frenzy

And for good reason.

TONIGHT BROUGHT US the first Eurovision semi-final of 2014, with ten countries qualifying for Saturday’s final.

Latvia may have been eliminated. But their song, Cake To Bake by Aarzemnieki, was by far the biggest Twitter phenomenon of the night.

When they performed live in Copenhagen, Twitter couldn’t believe its ears.

But most just recognised the song’s unstoppable power:

It was a wonderful moment.

And we’re sad that it’s gone. No more cakes to bake :(
