The Dredge: Chris Brown arrives in Dublin, brings giant ego

All the best of the day’s celebrity dirt.

EVERY WEEKDAY MORNING, the Daily Edge rounds up the best of the day’s celebrity dirt – from the top to the very bottom. Here’s The Dredge.

#BREEGO: Pop star, domestic abuser and purveyor of disgusting insults Chris Brown is due to ooze into Dublin today for his controversial gig at the O2. He’s teed things up for himself by posting a new sultry pic, right, of himself and Rihanna, writing “What would music today sound like if these kids didn’t exist?”

Can we guess “similar”?

#BRAD PITT: One day in the 1980s, Mike Tyson walked in to find Brad Pitt having sex with his wife.

OK, are we ready for details? Tyson was married to actress Robin Givens at the time, and although he was divorcing her he used to go round to her house “daily for sex”. One day, though, he found Pitt had got there first. “You should have seen his face,” Tyson said. Morto for everyone involved. (Mail Online)

#SLATER: Sorry, ladies. AC Slater off Saved By The Bell – also known as Mario Lopez – is married. The 39-year-old, who when he’s not practicing wrestling and tearing off singlet tops now presents US X Factor, tied the knot with fiancée Courtney Mazza. ”It’s her day,” he told a US magazine, patronisingly. (Celebuzz)

We can’t confirm that he did this at the reception, but we think so:

#BOY SHOW: X Factor hopefuls Union J have been booted from the show, just 48 hours after their awkward appearance on the Late Late Toy Show.

Was it going on the telly with Ryan Tubridy holding a giant furry hedgehog that ended their dreams of stardom? We’re going to say Yes.

This is what it looks like when hope dies.

And the rest of the day’s dirt…

  • Hugh Hefner is engaged, again, to the same 26-year-old who walked out on him last time. (TMZ)
  • Kim Kardashian provoked demonstrations in Bahrain, which cops used tear gas to put down. (Radar)
  • Sienna Miller says she’d like to give birth “every day”. (Celebuzz)
  • Steps are on a Christmas tour, and it looks hilarious (Mail Online)
  • The members of TOWIE have rejected guest star Rylan Clark. “We’ve distanced ourselves from his interpretation of Essex,” said one. (Mirror)
