THE GARDA TRAFFIC Twitter account comes across some serious shenanigans on a near daily basis.
Remember this copy and pasted little 6 they found on a tax disc last year?
Well, they’ve come across a similar chancer today – only this time the driver in Meath didn’t even bother to replace the NCT, insurance or tax on the motor since 2013/2014.
They just went for flattery instead with this sticker
A classic line that might distract a potential Garda from noticing the outrageously out of date discs:

Props for effort, but the tweet told its own story of how it didn’t work out at all:
Car seized… Court to follow! but many thanks for the compliment, too kind. It didn’t work though…
