The Full Irish Pizza at this Bray pizzeria will make you drool

THE FULL IRISH Breakfast pizza is a hangover cure of legend. A lot of people talk about it, but a real example is hard to find.

A while ago, we even speculated whether it could ever happen in Ireland. Luckily, some well-informed commenters were on hand to tell us how wrong we were.

Step forward, Platform Pizza in Bray. They serve up an Irish Breakfast Pizza as part of their regular menu. And it looks… absolutely artery-clenching.

Platform’s version of the fast-food fusion features sausage, crispy bacon, mushroom and mozzarella all topped with a fried egg.
