battle of the bastards

Game of Thrones fans learned one *big* lesson from this week's dramatic episode

~* SPOILERS. SPOILERS. SPOILERS *~

THE PENULTIMATE episode of each season of Game of Thrones is usually the most dramatic, and this one (titled Battle of the Bastards) did not disappoint.

Please do NOT proceed past this point unless you wish to be spoiled. You’ve been given fair warning.

The titular Battle of the Bastards saw Jon Snow and Sansa Stark unite against and defeat the brute Ramsay Bolton, who has been unspeakably terrible to just about everyone on the show.

In a particularly grisly scene (even for GoT) the the duke of d*ckheads Ramsay was mauled to death by his own hounds.

After a thorough beating from Jon Snow, Ramsay was shackled in a cell, where Sansa gets her revenge by coolly unleashing his dogs on him:

My hounds will never harm me.
You haven’t fed them in seven days. You said it yourself.
They’re loyal beasts.
They were. Now they’re starving.

BOY, BYE.

It’s fair to say that no one has been this happy to see a Thrones character die since Joffrey bit the dust back in season four.

But there was one lesson to be learned from all this: Feed your goddamn pets.

We’ll never forget, ever again. And after this, we can’t wait to see what the last episode of season six has in store.
