DO YOU LIKE It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia? Stuck for something to do on Halloween?
Then this Dublin pub has got you sorted.
The Back Page will transform into Paddy’s Pub this Halloween as part of It’s Always Sunny in Phibsboro. The pub announced the event this afternoon and already 1,500 people have clicked attending on the Facebook event.
The Back Page told DailyEdge.ie that the event was borne out of the staff’s love of the cult show.
The idea came from myself and the staff’s obsessions with It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. We were banging heads last night trying to come up with a Halloween event and we realised we had the ideal place to do an It’s Always Sunny event – a bar, just ours is in Phibsboro, not Philly. Plus, our boss is the head off Frank Reynolds.
Fans are encouraged to come dressed as their favourite characters while the bar will also pay homage to the show by…
Serving wine in Diet Coke cans.
Some rum ham.
And a round of The Game of Games.
You can also probably expect one or two ocular patdowns at the door.
