Okay so John Coffey frontman David Achter de Molen might not have broken his leg falling off the stage at a concert, and carried on performing, but he did do this:

He was performing with his band at the Pinkpop Festival in Holland when he pulled off The Coolest Thing He’s Ever Going To Do.
