Attention, Waterford people - you can now get a beer made with blaas

ATTENTION, WATERFORD FOLK — the beer of your dreams is on the way.

Metalman Brewing has announced plans for the first blaa-infused lager. Yes, you read right — a beer made with blaa crumbs.

Last month we brewed a beer in collaboration with Blaa by Walsh’s Bakehouse whereupon we put blaa breadcrumbs in the mashtun to make a lager called – yep, you guess it, Blaager!

And here she is in all her glory.

The limited edition blaager is set to be officially launched at the Waterford Harvest Festival in September and will arrive in bars and stores across Waterford from August 18th.

What better way to say, “I love me county!” eh?
