EARLIER THIS MONTH, the Madame Tussauds in Las Vegas revealed their Nicki Minaj waxwork as its latest celebrity recreation, above.

At first, Nicki was happy with the likeness from her Anaconda video:

But rapper Azealia Banks was having none of it.

She spoke out last week about how the pose was way more provocative than other similar artists in the museum and would only lead to trouble from patrons of Madame Tussauds down the line:

And that’s exactly what happened – as Nicki has been pointing out on her Instagram page

Madame Tussauds quickly released a statement last night addressing the controversy

So, it looks like it will remain up for now, with tighter staff security surrounding it.
