The trailer for TV3′s new soap Red Rock is pretty intense

IRELAND’S NEWEST SOAP is going to be a dark, brooding affair if the newly released trailer for TV3′s Red Rock is anything to go by.

We already knew the show is set around a garda station in a fictional Dublin town and we get a look good night-time look around in the station in the trailer.

Set to Lorde’s slowed-down and bassed-up version of Tears For Fears “Everybody wants to rule the world”, we can see the members of the show’s Hennessy and Kiely families getting in some aggro at the station.

We also get to look beyond the plate glass in the station to see some rather shifty, flirty and downright scary looking guards.

The show is set to air on 7 January.
