7. Then discovered Sun-In and subsequently, crispy orange streaks
8. Wrapped a bandana around it and felt dead cool
9. Clipped in €2 coloured hair extensions from Claire’s or Penneys and thought they looked really good actually
10. Asked for GHD curls for the Debs, made crunchy and immobile with mousse
11. Dyed your hair black or dark brown, but didn’t even try to match your eyebrows
12. Scraaaaaaaaped your hair back into a headache-inducing high ponytail and tugged out two wispy strands to frame your face
13. Put an elastic hair band around your forehead to get that mushroomy ‘boho’ look
14. Insisted on getting a braid on holidays and then having to deal with the tuft of hair that results from cutting it out
