It’s mostly what you’d expect. Brit in glam outfits, and dancing half heartedly (remember when she used to really dance? Those days are gone, friends).
However, there are some ludicrous moments.

This entirely gratuitous shot of Britney’s perfume
The girl wearing Dr Dre Beats speakers as a ball gag
The ad for Britney’s Vegas show in the middle of it
This person inexplicably wandering through the desert carrying some sort of blow-up doll or statue
The statues then explode… why? No idea.
It does have to be said though, that Britney looks the best she has in years.
