This Meath person will swap you an entire apartment in Bulgaria for a car

Maybe the property boom IS over after all.

TIME WAS WHEN everyone with an SSIA was snapping up property abroad. Your taxi driver had an apartment complex in Macedonia and your hairdresser had interests on the Adriatic.

But that all ended. And it seems like for some people, it’s still ending.

This person in Meath is offering an entire apartment in Bulgaria – part of a complex with its own private swimming pool and jacuzzi – as a swap for a set of wheels.

Apartment is in the sunny beach area and close to the world heritage site of nessebar.
it is on the ground floor with two patio doors onto the pool and jacuzzi.
it is sutuated in a small exclusive complex of only 16 apartments.

In fairness, they are asking for a nice car. “High end Mercedes, BMW or Audi” is the request. “May also part exchange for car and cash”.

Ladies and gentlemen, I think we may have just witnessed the final death rattle of the Celtic Tiger.
