Cmdr. Hadfield thanked the guy who ran the Dublin Marathon dressed as him

FOR MANY PEOPLE, the mere idea of running a marathon is enough to make them collapse with exhaustion.  The idea of running a marathon with a cardboard box around you is frankly too much to even consider.

However, that is exactly what Donal Troddyn did yesterday when he ran the Dublin Marathon dressed as Commander Chris Hadfield.  And Commander Hadfield was grateful for it!

This isn’t the first time Donal has done the marathon in fancy dress, last year he ran dressed as Tom Cruise’s character from Top Gun with a makeshift F-14 around him.
