IT WAS ONLY earlier today we were noting how Dara Ó Briain is consistently one of the funniest people on Twitter.
And today, he provided another stellar moment for the catalogue.
He was let on to Lord’s cricket pitch in London – dubbed “the home of cricket” – with a hurl and sliotar to promote the upcoming series between Ireland and England.
During the photoshoot he launched into a hit for the camera… and it ended up landing bang on the photographer’s head:
The photographer wanted to get a good action shot for the cameras:
“Over my head!”

It definitely was an accident, he was happy to clarify
The photographer on the day was James Cheadle and he was only delighted the camera was safe
