JOHN KAVANAGH “THE Gravediggers” is a well known pub in Glasnevin, Dublin – with a serious reputation for pouring a fine pint of Guinness.

And that’s evidently not the end of their talents, because:

They’ve made their own very Irish versions of spring rolls

Oh. Yes.

A new frontier for traditional Irish pubs, surely.

The Irish spring rolls were announced on Facebook this week and contain ham, cabbage and spuds – all in a traditional spring roll coating

They look like they would go down as well as a packet of King cheese & onion with a pint of the black stuff, to be fair.

Our compliments to the chef.
