FIVE-YEAR-OLD AUBREY watches a lot of makeup tutorials online, so she decided to make her own.
Her grandmother told ABC News she was in the other room and had given Aubrey her make-up bag to play with.
“We didn’t even think that scissors were in there,” Debbie said.
And that’s when the fun started. Hey, maybe I’ll just cut my fringe?
Hmm not perfect. I’d better fix it.
