CHARLIE MCDONNELL IS a parish priest in Westport, County Mayo.
He was out for lunch at a local hotel yesterday and just as he was about to leave he spotted his lunch docket had some additional instructions written in by his waiter:
“Few extra prawns parish priest”
Oh yes.
He shared it on his Facebook page and with the KC Radio show in Cork and it’s gone viral. Charlie wrote:
Just spotted my lunch docket as I was paying Got a bit of a laugh.. Didnt ask for it and the waiter is Muslim.. All friends down here!!
Sure a few extra prawns for serving the community after all these years are well deserved <3
