Irish people are queueing up to buy clothes with 'WANG' printed on them

It’s Alexander Wang for H&M, darling.

IF YOU PASSED through King Street in Dublin earlier today, you may have spotted a large crowd of very excited, very well-dressed people. But what could be getting fashionable people out of bed so early in the morning?

Wang. No, really.

American fashion designer Alexander Wang is the latest big name to collaborate with high street chain H&M and his line has been massively hyped among celebrities and fashion bloggers alike.

The clothes are sporty and minimalistic, with one rather jarring detail.

Yup. A lot of the items have the word ‘wang’ emblazoned on them.

This morning, the range finally went on sale at 9am. Here were the queues outside H&M on King Street – there are reports of some people waiting outside the store since 6.30am:

Fashionable people on Twitter are also frothing at the mouth for the collection…

…While others are bemused.

All those people. Just looking for some Wang.
