WE CAN’T SAY we ever saw the day that Marty Whelan would star in a video for an as-Gaeilge version of Baby Got Back (I Like Big Butts), but that day has arrived.

The re-work of the 1987 hit – which is, yes, about liking women with big butts – also stars other RTÉ celebrities including Sinéad Kennedy, Stephen Byrne, Bláthnaid Treacy, weather girl Nuala Carey, Winning Streak’s Geri Maye, Today’s Bláthnaid Ní Chofaigh, 2fm’s Paddy McKenna, elev8’s Diana Bunici, Seán Regan and Ivan Minnock.

They’re all joined in this RTÉ TwoTube video by cast members of Fair City, Ireland’s strongest man James Fennelly, comedian Fred Cooke and dancers from C & N Dance Academy, Ballymun.
