AMERICAN MUSIC’S GOLDEN couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z has welcomed a baby girl, according to reports this morning.
The singer gave birth to her first daughter on Saturday night at a New York hospital, reports E! Online.
Although there is no confirmation it is believed the baby’s name is Ivy Blue Carter or Blue Ivy Carter.
There have been rumours since 28 December that the baby girl had been born but all proved untrue. It is understood that the expectant mother was to undergo a planned C-section.

The singer and rapper combo are notoriously secretive about their private affairs. They never even confirmed their 2008 wedding happened.
However, Beyoncé broke that habit by announcing to the world she was pregnant while on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in August.
