ACTORS BILL HADER and James McAvoy are in talks to star in the sequel to 2017′s smash horror remake IT.

According to Variety, the actors are in early stages of negotiation to join Jessica Chastain in the highly-anticipated upcoming sequel.
Jessica could end up playing Beverly Marsh in the sequel, a role previously helmed by Sophia Lillis.
Bill Skarsgard is also expected to return as Pennywise. The sequel will bow on Sept. 6, 2019, with production expected to start this summer.
Muschietti told Variety last fall that he hoped to bring all of the original actors back for flashback sequences in the sequel but sources say that is still being worked out.
