Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps' friendship is the best thing to have come out of Dawson's Creek

I’m not crying, you’re crying.

MANY MOONS AGO, Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps were nothing more than co-stars on Dawson’s Creek.

Now they’re part of one of Hollywood’s most wonderful, enduring friendships.

The pair have been friends with since the early 2000s when they met on the iconic teen series.

And they have the cringey party photos to prove it.

Since then, they’ve become a perennial fixture on the red carpet with Busy Philipps frequently accompanying Michelle Williams to award shows.

Seriously, Busy never wavers in her support of Michelle…

…my heart Michelle Williams…

That’s a good friend right there.

Anyway, awards are awards but I have to say, it was super fun to get all dressed up and go support my beautiful and talented friend.

They’re the perfect partners-in-crime

Taking bathroom selfies…

Horsing into spaghetti…

And, of course, taking more bathroom selfies.

Inhale food and take selfies — exactly what we would do at an awards show.

They *always* have each other’s back.

They hold hands while flying.

And tear into gross paparazzi photographers when needs be.

They get mushy sometimes…

Mostly after having too many pink drinks, though.

We’ve been there, girls.

We’ll leave you with this gorgeous quote from Michelle Williams that perfectly sums up their friendship.

I’m so in love with her. She’s proof that the love of your life does not have to be a man! That’s the love of my life right there.

*wipes away tear* Gal pals forever.
