When UK journalist Harry Wallop received an advance copy in the post today, his tweet and photos caused a bit of a stir.

He included a page from inside the brothers’ book to give us an insight into what we are dealing with

Some people wondered how exactly a cereal cookbook would work

According to the book’s synopsis though, it’s so much more than just cereal + milk:

The Cereal Killer Café Cookbook is the perfect gift for any cereal lover, bringing the brilliance of London’s The Cereal Killer Café into your home with inventive cereal recipes, great cereal stories, nostalgia, party facts, games and humour.

It will be out later this month, if your interesting cereal concoctions can wait that long.

The reaction has been decidedly mixed, as you might expect

A potential gag Christmas present though, surely?
