FROM THE TIME they were small, Nick Confalone’s father would pick up a video camera and film his two children excitedly coming down the stairs on Christmas morning.
He did this for 25 years, marking their progress from kids to shy teenagers to adults. Menawhile pets come and go, and relatives disappear.
Nick then collected the tapes and edited them into one three-minute video. It’s beautiful.
The video first appeared in 2010, but has surfaced again this year.
