Irish radio stations came together at midday to play a touching tribute to Dolores O'Riordan

A nation mourns the loss of a legend.

TRIBUTES HAVE BEEN pouring in following the death of The Cranberries singer Dolores Oโ€™Riordan since her sudden death last week at the age of 46.

Today, her funeral was held in Saint Ailbeโ€™s Church in her native Ballybricken, Co Limerick.

As a tribute, radio stations all over the country played When Youโ€™re Gone simultaneously at noon

It was an emotional moment for the whole country

For a couple of minutes, Ireland listened together in mourning.
