“I was devastated when we split up. The night before Mark proposed I was on the phone to Brian begging him to take me back,” she told Reveal magazine.

Speaking to Refinery29, Katy Perry claimed she is a ‘victim’ of social media, due to the pressure in society to share every move online.
The 33-year-old and most followed person on Twitter explained that sites such as Instagram and Twitter represent the “decline of civilisation”, and urged her fans to “not care” about social media, and instead “live their lives”.
We buy clothing and products or pose a certain way or go to an event to get a picture – it’s not good for us as a society. I think it’s actually the decline of civilisation if we’re going extreme about it.”
