Caption competition: What's going on in George Hook's head?

This doctor looks baffled by what he’s hearing. So, we’re wondering: what do you think is going on in there?

George Hook was on hand at St James’s Hospital yesterday as the Irish Cancer Society launched its ‘Daffodil Centre’ – an extension of the society’s cancer information services.

Conveniently, we’ve been sent this suggestive photograph – with a doctor apparently baffled as to what he’s hearing inside Hooky’s head.

So – start your captions please. Best answers get a shout-out in today’s Evening Fix.
