Game of Thrones author smashes band's guitar

George RR Martin wasn’t happy about being mocked on stage.

As you can probably tell from the photo, he is not a man to be trifled with.

So when ‘music and comedy’ duo Paul and Storm mocked him with a song at San Diego Comic Con called Write Like The Wind – a parody of the interminable time Martin is taking to finish the GoT saga – the author had no choice but to take action.

He stormed on stage and trashed their guitar.
