This interactive map of the world’s rudest place names has gone viral, and Ireland is represented very well on it – which should make us all very proud.

Named ‘Vaguely Rude Places’ – the map is pretty comprehensive in its search for strange-sounding places, as shown below.

With 271 towns and places in total, Ireland is doing quite well to have 10 on there. And here they are, in alphabetical order:
