SO JUSTIN BIEBER got a fierce slagging for showing up to a meeting with the Canadian Prime Minister while wearing a pair of poorly-fastened dungarees.
But Stephen Harper has come to the pop star’s aid, saying that he promised that he would be similarly attired, but ruined their plans by turning up in a suit.
Bieber himself has responded to criticism of his outfit, calling out a Daily Mail reporter who said he was a "white trash prince" and saying:
The pic of me and the Prime Minister was taken in a room in the arena where I was performing at that day. I walked straight from my meet and greet to him, if you "Hayley" (Peterson, the Daily Mail reporter) expect me to have a change of clothes let a loan [sic] a suit at a specific time that's crazy.
It wasn't like it was like I was going into his environment we were at a hockey arena. Wow am I ever white trash hayley peterson lol.
