A MAN HAS been charged with drunk-driving on a lawnmower.
Thomas Marrone, 55, was arrested after being found riding the mower at 1.30am. He had an open can of beer and smelled of alcohol, police said.
He was travelling along a road in western Pennsylvania at the time, with an open can of Coors Light in the mower’s storage compartment.
Police say Marrone told them he was driving to his home in Murrysville, some 10km away.
Marrone faces a preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges including driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.
