LINDSAY LOHAN’S FATHER Michael Lohan has been arrested in Los Angeles.
Authorities say he was arrested over allegations he held his girlfriend against her will and prevented her from calling 911.
Sheriff’s investigators say deputies were dispatched on a domestic violence call at 9pm Monday to Michael Lohan’s apartment.
The 51-year-old was booked for investigation of preventing a report of victimisation, false imprisonment and infliction of corporal injury on a cohabitant, and his bail is set at $200,000.
His girlfriend refused treatment for minor injuries, but Lohan was taken to a hospital for a medical condition unrelated to his arrest.
This isn’t his first arrest – he has a history of arrests in New York over allegations of harassment from ex-girlfriends.
