Lost and Found

Mark Ruffalo lost his phone and miraculously found it with the help of Twitter

The power of Twitter, eh?

YESTERDAY, MARK RUFFALO was walking the snow-covered streets of New York when the unthinkable happened: he lost his phone.

For a normal person, losing your phone in the middle of a blizzard would mean having to say goodbye to it and posting the dreaded, “New phone, send me your numbers!” status on Facebook.

But Mark Ruffalo isn’t a normal person and so he asked his 2.14 million followers on Twitter for help in locating his phone, offering a reward and an autographed photo as an incentive.

People immediately got to work.

And those who weren’t in New York were silently raging that they couldn’t join in the search.

Such is the power of Twitter that the phone was found in less than an hour.

The people responsible for finding the phone and wallet?

These little gals.

Proof that where there’s a will there’s a way.
