Eoghan McDermott just got a Picture This album tattoo. Stan, much?

Good God.

EOGHAN MCDERMOTT DID something that often not even the stanniest of stans do for their objects of affection.

The 2fm presenter got a tattoo tribute to Athy band, Picture This.

Let’s rewind.

Yesterday, Picture This announced a massive five night stint in the 3 Arena. The insanely popular band will take up residence in the arena from March 27 to 31 next year.

Not only did they announce the gigs, they also revealed a new single, One Drink. It’s going down extremely well with fans and critics alike.

Their new album MDRN LV (no vowels, very fancy) will be released on February 15, 2019.

Eoghan McDermott was the man that hosted the press conference yesterday afternoon.

The band then played an impromptu concert on the Westbury Hotel and everyone went home in high spirits.

Except the lads. We all know that The Lads can’t just go home after a big day

They have to do Laddish things.

So what’s a better way to celebrate than to get tattoos so you never forget the day?

Ryan Hennessy from the band got the inside of his lip tattoed, so Eoghan decided to match.

They also managed to rope in Eoghan McDermott, who doesn’t look very pleased with the whole situation

Yep, that’s a massive MDRN LV tattoo down his side

The presenter seems pretty pleased with himself though, showing it off on Instagram

Don’t worry, it wasn’t all a drunken mistake. Eoghan has pretty much been a champion of the lads since they first started to rise to fame back in 2016, playing their tracks on his show.

Eoghan said on Twitter that the two had agreed to get tattoos during a giddy time in Athy a few months ago. They merely followed through.

A true friend, and a true fan.
