MEL GIBSON IS currently in Ireland filming a new movie, and he’s been making himself right at home here for the duration.
He’s dined out in all sorts of Dublin restaurants, and even bumped into a few fans on the top of the Sugar Loaf in Wicklow.
It’s been quiet on the Gibson-spotting front for a while, but yesterday, he was seen in the stands at the Aviva enjoying the Ireland v Australia match with his partner Rosalind Ross.
He doesn’t appear to have been grabbed for too many selfies, but he did pose with Northern Ireland’s Minister for Communities, Paul Givan:
Gibson lived in Australia from the age of 12 until his first big Hollywood successes, so it’s extremely likely that he was cheering for the Wallabies.
We’re sure he wouldn’t begrudge us the win, now would you Mel?
