This Olympian horsed into a giant McDonald's feast after his Rio exit

What a beascht.

OLYMPIANS HAVE TO be very strict with their diets in order to be the best. It’s no wonder they like to indulge a bit after the competition.

Australian badminton Sawan Serasinghe lost to Chinese Taipei on Saturday, ending his Rio campaign.

He took the news OK, posting a lengthy Facebook post thanking people for supporting.

Can’t wait to go back home to start training and keep on improving! Just want to say thanks again to everyone back home for the on going support. Definitely motivated me to fight hard on court everyday!

Most importantly, he posted his loss meal, which we must admit, it’s outstanding

Now it’s time to eat some junk food after months of eating clean!

Yeah, you can say that again.

In fairness, it’s us after a few pints on Saturday night.

The McDonald’s in the Olympic Village has been struggling to cope, with Aussie swimmer Melanie Wright writing in News.com.au that the beginning us usually slow, with only weightlifters in line.

But by the final few days when most sports are finished, they can barely keep up as each athlete lines up to order 27 cheese burgers, 40 chicken McNuggets, 12 sundaes and a Diet Coke before collecting the food and walking away without needing to pay.

Damn.
