EVEN FOR IRELAND, the weather has been increasingly bizarre lately.
The past week has seen hailstones, thunder, rain and sun – sometimes all in the space of just a few hours. Today has been verging on warm, but tonight it could be as cold as minus 4 degrees. Sigh.
This photo of some ominous-looking cloud was taken on a farm in Kildare earlier today. That’s the most ominous-looking cloud we’ve seen since… well, the last time it lashed rain.
